Personal Care in your own home.
Help with everyday tasks, delivered with dignity by workers who are trained and assessed for the support you need.
Hands-on care, shaped by your assessment.
Visiting and personal home care.
Personal Care means support with the activities that are part of your daily routine. This is hands-on care, delivered by a worker who understands your needs, your preferences and how you like things done.
Your care is shaped by a detailed assessment and delivered according to an agreed care plan. We do not provide care until we have assessed what you need and agreed how it will be delivered.

Support with everyday tasks.
- Washing, bathing and showering support
- Help with dressing and undressing
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Toileting and continence support
- Mobility assistance within your home
- Support with eating and drinking where needed
The specific support you receive depends on your assessed needs and agreed care plan. Not every person needs every type of support. Your arrangement reflects what is right for you.

Matched workers, an agreed plan.
We match you with workers who are trained and assessed for the support you need. Your worker understands your preferences, your routines and what matters to you.
Your care plan is agreed before any support begins. It sets out what will be provided, when and how. We review it regularly to make sure it still reflects your needs.
If something changes, tell us. We will reassess and adjust your arrangement.
